First Sellout at Lion's Den

We finally sold out our first match at the Lion's Den this week as West Henrietta FC faces arch-rival War Donkeys in a battle for second place in v.53. A crowd of 30,000 is being treated to an excellent match:

Halftime score was 2 - 2. Henrietta, bringing the final ball possession rate to 57 percent, dominated the battle.

West Henrietta FC has never beaten the Donks. We are (0-6-0) and have been outscored 24-2 (So I'm not sure if it's a rivalry). However, three weeks ago on the road, WHFC lost 3-2 when Derek Hartman missed two second half penalty kicks!

Just an update.....

The most dominating Henrietta player was without a doubt Andreas Bokling. Grzegorz Mierzejewski on the other hand, had a terrible day. The most dominating WarDonkey's player was without a doubt Jan Lagerskog. Melvin Stewart was a disappointment, however. The match ends 5 - 5.

Quite a thriller as Donald Oldham had a hattrick scoring the game tying goal in the 76th minute. He is currently 3rd in v.53 in scoring with 13 goals. He is two off the pace.

I have a pretty decent goalie also. He is a midlevel solid who was in excellent form until this week dropping to solid form.
