West Henrietta FC had the 25th best rating in Division V this past week with a rating of 71 with 32.0 stars!

Last season I trained keeper and never posted a rating of higher than 54.

This season I changed to playmaking training and my team has steadily risen from ratings in the mid to upper 50's to a consistant mid 60's with this past weeks high of 71.

I am looking to either train scoring or keeper next season.

Thanks to everyone here for all of the tips especially SI, CW, ardent, and Havoc!

Wouldn't it be better to stick with playmaking a while longer. Yes higher ratings are the end result people are looking for, but they are really just a bonus when training playmaking. The true purpose of training is to make money so you can make improvements to all parts of your team. Rotating through training programs once a season will improve your team, but no nearly as efficiently as sticking with a training program and making seven figures off your trainees. If you continue training playmaking next season you can buy an upgrade at keeper and a nice set of scoring trainees (or vice versa) and have a nice chunk of change for a stadium upgrade or whatever.

Rajko Kurida

I also have a Solid PM guys playing on the wing.

I would play him at IM, but he is dominating on the wing right now.

Yeah, and he's only getting 50% of his possilbe training. Play him at wing if you must during league matches, but for friendlies, play him again at IM.

I think you should train PM for atleast one more season- and def. get Ibarra full training- he could be a very very good winger towards middle. Also, have you thought about training winger after you finish playmaking. Just imagine if you get Ibrarra to formidable playmaking then formidable or outstanding winger....just a thought

Great job!
To echo what everybody else has said, for PM training to be really useful, you usually have to plan on doing it for at least one full season, and quite often people do it for 2-3....at least, that's what I've heard.

I'm working on two, tho this is my first with a full compliment of trainees. But I'm not going to stop for another two seasons or I may just stick with it eternally.

i noticed that to on hatstas Big J.... Congratz man.

And you should probally stick with PM training. I've asked all the older HT guys like Apoc, Billy, Bjorn, TP etc.... and they all say the same thing. Pick a training program and stick with it.

I've switched once but i never will again. I just hated training defense. Im much happier now training PM :)

That's just crazy! I was getting top 25 routinely towards the end of last year and that was with low 60s. Or maybe I'm delerious and it was just top 100.

Where are the Babes? I tried to setup a friendly a couple of times this season.
