+7/-1 form
+1 PM
My starting keeper jumped from poor to inadequate form, and a winger dropped 1 level in form.
My 18 year old middie hit solid PM. How much would an 18 year old solid PM/passable passing go for? Should I train him to keep or sell?

::copies and pastes from USA conference::
Ninth week in a row starting keeper in weak form.
Not too bad of a form update though. Didn't keep track but at least broke even and possibly went up a few.
18 yo Hungarian keeper to magnificent.

Notes
Overall, I can't really say it was a bad update, but it wasn't a good one either. Form wise,
nothing major changed for our starters with the exception of Baggio dropping to inadequate.
Marino went to solid to help alleviate some of that. Heinrichs, who is most likely our new
starting winger with passable playmaking, dropped to passable but that's still good. It was
however, our best value update this season.
The one thing that irked me was Hooks, he hits inadequate form for the first time since week
11 of last season and it happens on the week I chose to list him. Figures, his was of saying
'Get rid of me will ya! Asshole!'
I've removed Hooks from all pages as I fully intend to sell him even if I have to relist, but
I don't think I'll need to. This form dip better be 2 week temporary at max. I can't
afford to host Bonafide on bad form. Although I'm not above training general that week just in case :)

I would say in the range of 120k to 150k.
However, his age might be able to push it to 200k.
I would keep him you should get between 350k and 500k for him at the next level. Maybe more given his age.
MISFC Update
form +5/-3
1 PM pop to excellent for a starter/trainee.
No starter lower than passable form (only 2).

Form +4 / -2, all but one of them to starters.
Got +2 experience over the course of the week, which is nice.
Both my keepers popped! Brüggemann is now solid, Holton is now passable. I'd thought it might take them another week. I'm figuring on about six more weeks for Brüggemann and seven for Holton until the next pops, which should put Holton at solid near the off-season.
Upon further review... Holton, a 20-yo, only took six weeks to pop with a passable coach, a week quicker than I thought it might take. Brüggemann, 19, only took five weeks.

I sold a 20 year old exc stamina, solid passable, passable passing for 317K a few weeks ago.
If your guy has good stamina, I would expect him to draw 300+ as well.

Has wretched experience and weak leadership abilities
Stamina: poor Keeper: disastrous
Playmaking: formidable Passing: inadequate

High solid winger to inadequate PM.
21 yo outstanding middie Goran Andersson for the third week in a row is at inadequate form, but increased in value by at least $30K, this time it was $54K! This brings his value to $548,000. I just don't see how he is supposibly training faster than my younger players.

nice stamina buddy, i bet your mama is real proud when you start faking injuries after the 20th minute so you can sit on your ass trying to work up the energy to pull oxygen into your lungs.

Okay, we're back to our regular playmaking training this week, after one week of stamina training. Not a bad update as overall team form went up a little and we got our first excellent playmaker. Too bad his form is in the crapper and he's only got inadequate stamina, but it's a start...
form (players): +7 / -5 for +2
form (levels): +7 / -5 for +2
-- Starters: +3 / -2
-- Backups: +4 / -1
** WOOT: Kindander, our excellent set pieces dude/passable defender, and Nuttall, our solid scoring machine (tied for league lead with 8 goals) both moved up from passable to solid form. Rasmussen, solid playmaker about 3 weeks from excellent, is making is way back from form hell. He moved up from wretched to poor, and now to weak form this week. He's still in starter form...
** BLEH: Rossten, solid playmaker w/ inadequate passing dropped from solid to passable, but what worries me a little more is God who, while not losing a level of form and staying at inadequate, lost 9k of value. This is not good considering the fact he is recovering from an injury (still at +1, injured but training) and had been gaining 4-5k per day. This net 9k loss is like a 13-14k loss. This gotta mean his form took some kind of hit...
starter form:
5 solid
4 passable
2 inadequate
============
Average starter form: 6.3 or low passable
value: +80k / -22k for +58k
** Pretty good week in value increase, led mostly by the thrainees. Best gainer was Groonbörg, the 19yo inadequate playmaker w/ solid passing & inadequate defending who gained 165k. This was achieved even though he got hurt in the Sunday match for a +3 injury, but he got back to "+1, injured but training" before the training update. For those of you wondering about an injured player, this is proof that an injured player that gets to at least "injured but training" does indeed get his training. Also, Kvarning, his replacement in the game, played only in that game, not even touching the field on Wednesday, and he too saw his value increase by 11k. Minor good news in term of value increase is that Langston, our solid keeper, saw his first value increase since we pulled him, some 6 weeks ago. Given, it's only a 2k increase, but after seeing him go from 410k in passable form, down to 373k and inadequate form last week, this very tiny increase is very much welcome.
playmaking: Sánchez popped to excellent playmaking. He doesn't have very good secondaries (weak passing/weak defending) or stamina (only inadequate) so we may be putting him on the market today, but with a pretty high price, since if we keep him, he could be a formdiable playmaker by week 6 of next season, with another week of stamina training under his belt in the offseason...
My current trainees are:

player Age value playmaking stamina passing defending WKIM WKWG TOTAL TOGO
Rossten 20 107k solid formidable inadequate wretched 4 0 4 7
Rasmussen 23 94k solid excellent poor poor 10 1 10.5 3.5
Riser 18 107k solid excellent poor inadequate 5 0 5 4
Kvarning 18 103k solid passable poor weak 5 2 6 2
Sánchez 19 127k excellent inadequate weak weak 7 2 8 0
Gröönborn 19 166k inadequate inadequate solid inadequate 4 0 4 2*
Gortemaker 18 118k passable solid inadequate inadequate 7 0 7 2

WKIM is the number of weeks played at inner mid since last playmaking pop (100% training)
WKWG is the number of weeks played at winger since last playmaking pop (50% training)
TOTAL is the total number of weeks of training received
TOGO is the approximative number of weeks of training the player still needs to pop in playmaking, based on the player's age, his TOTAL of weeks trained already and the fact I have a passable coach. (zero if player popped this week)
* Gröönborn was bought at his current level so the TOGO Value is approximative.
I bought Sánchez as an 18yo solid playmaker last season for only 88k. At the time, he wasn't a bad deal, as I had just sold a just popped passable playmaker with inadequate passing for about 10k more. As stated above, I'm thinking about putting him on the market for some very high price, something like 600k or the like. I'm pretty sure he wouldn't sell and that wouldn't be all bad, since I'd just keep on training him. However, if he sells, I'd be happy with the extra income :)
The injury to Gröönborn was kind of a blessing in disguise. It gave me the chance to train 7 inner mids on the week. Rasmussen was slated to play only wing this week (only on Sunday), and Kvarning was set as the backup inner mid on Sunday, and starter inner mid on Wednesday. Since Kvarning played on Sunday, Rasmussen got to take his place as inner mid on Wednesday, niiiiice :)
If you are still reading right now, raise your hand... (waits, waits, waits... realize he's the only one with his hand in the air) Okay, I knew I'd lose many of you in my rambling ;)
If you are still reading, here's something for you. Anybody interested in an Excel team comparison tool? Attached is my Excel sheet I use to compare my team before and after the training update. It's quite simple but will give you the value increases/decreases, form (or any other skill) changes, and the like. It's not doing anything that HAM or HattrickPoli can't do, but I don't have neither at work and by doing a very simple copy/paste of my "players" page in HT (from Internet Explorer) before and after the update, I can see who's moved up and/or down... Anybody interested, let me know and I'll modify it to make it able to read US$ values...

no pops today, but a few of my IM's should pop to excellent by the end of the season. the decision to keep or sell them will happen after the first week of next year. I made some mistakes on the people I picked to train. but I will see some nice profits I think, especially from players that cost less that 25k. My next training step is to buy some more IM's 17yo and passable. and train them up over 2 seasons. By then I should be able to buy a really nice squad.

I just pulled him at the start of the season, and I'm not about to train stamina during the season. He has a long time to go until he's going to be good enough to start, so I have plenty of time to get his stamina up.
