Weather Changes?

Does anyone know when the weather reports are updated for the hattrick regions? The USA games start at 01:00 hattrick time, do you have to wait until 00:00 to get the anticipated match conditions?

I'm trying to put a little effort in this week, it's probably the last match I have legitimate chance of winning before I get relegated back to division V. Ironically, if the season ended today, I would go back to the same V.230 I just left....

we talked about this a while ago and TP6 came with the logical conclusion that they are updated with the daily update and not following the time of day. This would mean if you check the weather on Sunday morning and there is no daily update between that time and the time of your game, weather should not change.

It has held true pretty much every time I've checked on Sunday, during the day so far...
