Actually, his aggression factors into whether he'll get carded alot of not way more than his agreeability. my biggest cardees are
both fiery aggression, one's controversial, other's popular.

This guy's tranquil aggression which shouldn't make him too much of a card freak.

They all play a role, but from my experience, aggression is the most important for determine foul probability.

I've had nasty players with good aggression not get any cards.
Although I haven't been playing as long as others.

I suppose it matters what the quality of your team is. For my team, I'd play him offensive CD in league and then train him in my midfield on friendlies. Of course he's worth what 3 of my current trainies are together.
