I find two 17 y.o. strikers (both passables), one inadequate with passable passing at 18...just revitalized my scout squad scoring...

then I spy in Bulgaria, a middie...

Plus I checked HO! and he gets about a mid rating of 5.3. There is no history on him though...guess he was on a new team.

If he is on Bulgaria and bneing from Argentina, he must have been bought sometimes (check transfders for him). Otherwise, $38K is OK. I mean it's a small amount of money and nothing compared to the million $ you would need for a solid/passable coach
