I know I saw this a while back, but where does a goalie go from inadequate to passable?

I just pulled a keeper valued at $152,000 I'm going to train goaltending...so I should expect a pop soon.

If he is inadequate at $152k, and if you have 8 assistants for keeper, he should pop in only 1 week of training to passable.

he'll probably pop even if you don't have any gk coaches...
