Recruiters suck!

Is it just me our are these guys like crooks or something? I'm talking job recruiters, they are starting to really piss me off. Last week I had two seperate recruiters call about different jobs, one close by and one just outside Detroit.

The one close by says he will call me last Friday about the position, its Thursday and he didn't call me yet. He said he would call either way. He has left me hanging on two other jobs as well.

The one close to Detroit tells me he is gonna call me at 6:30 Monday night, so I stay home and he never calls. I call him a 6:45 and he is in a meeting. I really want this job bad but this dude won't call me back. Everytime I fucking call he is in a meeting or training.

That has been every recruiter that I have ever dealt with. The only way that you will actually get results from them is if you go to a job agency and in affect 'hire' them. When they call you about a job, they are also calling a dozen or so other people and they get paid no matter which of them get the job so you mean very little to them. Of course, they will be quick to act like your best friend once they have you on the phone.

My wife recrutis for a tech support company that is always looking for A+ certified people nationwide. She only has short term work to offer, but she is very considerate of others. We have both been out of work over the past two years and she really loves helping people get a paycheck.

I wish everyone you dealt with could have seen what its like to miss a few paychecks because of a bad economy. If you ever get an interest in IT work let me know and maybe my wife can help you out.
