How many Assistant Coaches and Goal Keeper coaches should I have?

I read one time you can have up to 10 each without any ill effects, but later I read where someone had less than 10 in both and received a note that the training for the week was unproductive because the coaches weren't getting along.

the rule is that the sum of both cannot be higher than 10. I personnally have 7 assistant coaches and 3 goalkeeper coaches. Was at 8-2 for a long time but couldn't keep my keepers' form above inadequate so I decided to make a switch and see how it goes. After 4 weeks, my keeper regained his passable form. He had been at inadequate for 4 weeks prior to me switching to 7-3... Maybe it had an effect, maybe not...

I run 9-1 A2K and my keeper has yet to dip below passalbe form. He progession has gone as follows

yeah, that's why I said "maybe, maybe not". I may be stuck with a keeper with a bad form virus of some sort :)
