After a brutal season, the goldurnears still find themselves clinging to faint hopes of avoiding auto-relagation. We are four points behind current #6 AS Baconfats, who are currently losing 1-nil. Our beloved golurnears are currently scoreless and MOTSing against division leader NRH Bulls, but we have the run of play in the early going. If anyone is paying attention, your well wishes are appreciated :)
How are things for anyone else who might be around?

The Dallas Cowboys - Louisiana Cyclones
Date: 10/20/2003 at 01:00
MatchID: 8326124
Arena: John Warren Field
The match is in progress, it´s half time.
90489 spectators arrived at John Warren Field, where weather conditions were pretty good for football. Cowboys tactics involved an interesting 3-5-2 combination. Lineup: Richardsson - Nilsson, Pruitt, Lamb - Morgansson, Håkansson, Yngvesson, van Breugel, Crenshaw - Niklasson, Gold.
Louisiana tactics involved an interesting 3-5-2 combination. The following players had been chosen: Hendrix - Stubblefield, Blalock, Moore - Crespo, Roslind, Burris, Kumar, Quigley - Tunna, Pedrosa Garcia.
The referee showed Louisianas Daron Blalock the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. Cowboys took the lead in the 8:th minute of the game by 1 to 0, as Christoph Gold elegantly received a pass going deep, finishing off with a half-volley shot just below the bar. Travis Lamb of Cowboys received a yellow card in the 22nd minute for unsportsmanlike behaviour. The referee showed Cowboyss Fredrik Nilsson the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. The teams went for a half-time break at 1 - 0. Cowboys held the ball, with a clear 65 percent possession rate.

We have a tough road match tonight against a team that has been in D.IV for a while, but still not really good. They will have to play a relegation qualifier. The MISFC however, are not going to win the division, but if we win tonight and next week, we can place second, and should do no worse than 3rd.
Tonight, a hattrick from rare starter Pablo Rodriguez, who happens to be in great form, we are currently up 3-0. We are 3-7 in scoring opportunites, and my opponent is 0-1. Possesion is even.

well... my U-20 keeper just got hurt (thanks to checking the U-20 players, he's only a +1) but I scored another goal and pulled back. Up 3-1.

Ruskies are comfortably up 2-0.
The wife's team is up 8-0 on a bottomfeeder in her match. The reason I posted this is her top striker has 4 goals for the 2nd straight match. That's pretty impressive to me, but I run a 4-5-1 so it doesn't take much, scoring wise, to impress me.
