Just got back from the game, oh my, what an atmosphere. One I will never see in my life again at BGSU.

I'm drunk....why am I posting.

I'm jealous. The year before I was a Freshman at BG, they went to a Bowl Game and won. I began attending school, and they proceeded to bite donkey scrotum for five years while I attended and grabbed my degree.

I was screaming at the TV watching them today, though. Great win. What a crying shame Josh Harris doesn't get more press.

Have some Myles pizza for me.

Best,
Gabriel

Best,
Gabriel He registered THREE years ago, and only felt moved to post at this point--about Bowling Green biting donkey scrotum. Wow.

His profile says his favortie team is the Bengals, so I'd expect some posts about how they suck as well shortly :)

I, uh, I've been busy?

:D

I'm simply a professional lurker who comes out of the woodwork only when BG defeats ranked opponents on national TV. Any bets on when I'll post again after today?

This is the way it is supposed to go when attending a MAC school:

When your school is a consistent loser: Pay attention to the games only when tailgating is involved, continue to cheer for the Big Ten school of your choice as you did before attending your college.

When your school is winning: You are now the biggest fan of your school in the world. If your school was playing your favorite Big Ten team, you would be cheering your heart out for them even though you know, in the end, it will result in a valiant loss. Talk up the top 2 or 3 players on your school's team even though you have no idea who the other 17 starters are.

I think you got the two confused.

My Dad lettered in football at BG in the late 60's. I still wear his letter jacket when the weather turns cold.

Oh, and easy on the error Tek...there's a reason he's not at Miami :)

This is painfully accurate. I grew up 30 mins from Ann Arbor and have always been a Michigan fan. Don't ask me to name any BG players beyond Harris. ;)

I do play BG in TCY preferentially over U of M. Surely that counts for something?

You must prefer the taste of "donkey scrotum" to that of the wine and roses that they get at that school up north every year. (At least in my TCY games they always do)

Thus setting up a big game next Tuesday from Oxford Ohio. BGSU v. Miami OH on ESPN. Watch this game, folks. You'll be hard pressed to find a better QB matchup all year.

The MAC is actually pretty full of QBs this season... Charlie Frye of Akron is pretty solid also, but doesn't get any pub at all. (Doesn't have much around him) I know some of his friends, and there is talk that he may transfer to Ohio State for his two remaining seasons of eligibility...
