Following a discussion with daedalus about my latest winger purchase, I am going to post my playmaking trainee(s) for more advice. I will also post their star rating.

I alternate bewteen 3-5-2 & 4-5-1 so I always have 6 middies & 4 wingers trained at playmaking every week. I just need some input on who to train where (I already have a strong opinion, but would like to get yours too !).

Lasalle is the beast of my midfield !
Martinsson and Ivarsson complete my defnesive midfield.

However, I want to be more offensive (2 passable passing backup middies) and expect Hoffman to start after this offseason stamina training.

The thing is I have 12 players for 10 spots (6 fast training and 4 slow training). Do you guys have any recommendations ?

I'd sell the 27 year old and get Bounyavong stamina training until he is atleast passable. Then he will be jsut as good as the player you are selling. That will open up a slot for training and also not waste a slot on an old guy

Bounyavong just popped to excellent while Lasalle has 1 year of playmaking training (I hope he bumps to formidable => then he gets sold !)

I will edit players to show that. Thanks Kevin !

Edit typo : popped instead of pooped ;)

Yeah, don't sell Lasalle until he pops. You've invested too much time in him to sell without reaping that benefit.

Jansson is a nice player, real nice, but not as a PM trainee. It looks like your wing positions are full, and training him won't add anything to his vaule for a long while.

Similarly, Sabot is not really up to snuff to be a trainee for you. If you had a lacking at any of your trainee spots, he'd slot in great, but you don't.

The only other guy I'd consider moving is Lenaour. He performs very well, however, and is only getting 1/2 training. If you can life with not -fully- utilising a 1/2 training spot, keep him. You could easily present a case that he's better playing, than the downgrade for gaining only a 1/2 training on a player.

I also played jansson as a WingBack where he puts up 2.5* (but defensive ratings suffer).

Lenaour really solidify my defense on his side (I play him on the side I don't have a wing back). I like his double passable (passing/defense). I know he takes one training spot (maybe sold if Putlich could start)

Jansson & Sabot are on the transfer market.
