Penalty Bug?

Missed a 53 yard field goal, but running into the kicker was called. Yet my team declined (and it wasn't unusual circumstances or anything - middle of the 1st half, no score)

I've had a couple of games where my team has had a illegal shift penalty but the opposing team has declined, including one play where I had a 11 yard completion which gave me a first down. No logical reason I could find for the opponent declining. I have game logs if anyone is interested.
