I noticed this last night, like to see if anyone else can confirm it.
In the same hiring phase, I went to try and offer a contract to a new staff member (not scout). I got the 'the max for new staff is such and such' message. Went back to try and hire someone else, and the maximum amount I was allowed to spend had gone down even further. This happened 3 times in a row when I was trying to hire staff, at which point there was noone worthwhile in my allowed price range. (I had an OC already on staff, was trying to replace him.)
Am I delusional? Was I so tired last night I was seeing things? Stay tuned and find out!
Edit: One other thing, that's just one of my pet peeves. Jim, can you add an error check to not allow the name generator to prevent FirstName = LastName? I refuse to allow myself to draft people named Howard Howard. :)
