What do those "xxx"'s mean? 3rd round for Tennessee.

they lost that draft pick due to being over the salary cap.

Just what Doug said. go on keep on spending in on F/As and you too will have "xxx" marked as your third round pick :D

Ok, so does how much over the cap a team is, determine the draft pick that a team loses?
