A little FOF2K4 story...

Marvin Ellard is / was my wiz kid QB. He had solid ratings and was developing really well. 2009 comes around and what appears to be an incredible QB falls to me at the #9 pick. I'm a sucker for a great QB so I take Frankie Rutter. Ellards contract is up after the 2010 season and he demands a huge, outrageous contract. I let him go, figuring Rutter is actually better. I drop to 3-13 while Marvin Ellard goes on to KC to win the MVP of the Front Office Bowl.

I, Marvin Ellard, am/was GM heybrad's wiz kid QB.

I've got solid ratings and was developing really well. Then 2009 comes around and what happens in the draft? The team takes a QB at #9! Well, my contract was up after the 2010. If I was going to stay and play for a team that showed so little confidence in me, I was going to do it for big money. So I demanded a huge, outrageous contract. They let me walk, probably thinking their new hot-shot QB could fill my shoes. Yeah, right. KC shows me some love (and some money) and I'm off to play ball in Mizzou. You know what made my championship ring and Front Office Bowl MVP even sweeter? Watching my former team struggle to a 3-13 record.

I'm in 2012 now. We just got pasted by Marvin Ellards Chiefs 38-3. Rutter has better ratings across the board than Ellard, but apparantly he's quite a loser. Ellard dominated the game. Rutter sucked. Rutters record as a starting QB is now 6-20.

Is there a way to go back in time?
