I have been trying it, i changed an average TE to FB, the dialog box said that his rattings won't change so i clicked ok. Now all his ratings and potential are about the same as expected but this endurace raised from 0/0 to 27/46. Whay would a guy endurance improve just because changing his position?? i think this is an easy way to convert crap players on average ones. I think that some atributes shouldn't change as they are not dependent of the position like the endurance.

To someone, playing TE could take more out of them than playing FB. Why not?

Who knows. The one thing I could never grasp was that the 0-100 rating is based on the range of talent a football player would have for that position.

So, if you have "zero" endurance, that doesn't mean you are dead, it means you are rated the lowest of all players at that position for endurance. And likewise, a "100" means you are in the top 1% at that position.

I guess the ratings are like a bell curve.

In any event, whe you have a FB with an endurance of "zero", that means he's rated among all FB's as having the worst endurance. But when you switch him to TE, his ratings change.

At least that how I read it. It doesn't make any sense when you factor in other things like the note that says, "You can make this position change with 83% of your ratings intact." That doesn't make any sense if you are dealing with a bell curve.

So I guess the point of all this is, who the heck knows! If you do, help me out here!

Someone said it like this: our tendency is to think of a QB rated 6/12 as your second cousin who was on the scout team at a Div. I-AA school, but in reality, he is in the bottom tier of NFL-caliber QB's.

I haven't seen this endurance twist before, but I can't come up with any explanation for it other than "minor bug."

From 0/0 to 27/46 is a hight jump for an atribute like endurance that is more related to the form/body of a player than to the position he plays. It's like saying thata guy will run faster depending on the position he plays. Or this is a small bug or Duth is right when saying: "In any event, whe you have a FB with an endurance of "zero", that means he's rated among all FB's as having the worst endurance" that could explain that his endurance betwen the TE was the worst but betwen the FB is not as bad. (Still is a to big jump for a body dependent attribute).

Anyway i was only asking if this is a way of cheating the AI as i'm not used to make pos changes, just tried this and noticed that big jump, for others i have done after that this has not happend.
