ESPN has just reported that Reeves had been fired and has been replaced by Wade Phillips.

The man flatout could not coach. Milked his rep with landry and the Staubach-era Cowboys for decades. Consistently tried to fit great players (Elway !) into his "concept", instead of adjusting his concept to their skills.

From what I heard, I thought he had adjusted well to Vick's abilities.
