Research for and writing of 8 page research paper for World Politics : 8 hours

Research for and writing of 10 page research paper for Psychology : 6 hours

Calculations and computations of formulas for DifEqs final take home project: 8 hours, 12 pages

Spending an entire weekend at home in order to get everything done last minute so that you can have the time to stand in line for and go see Return of the King at 12:01am: Priceless

There are some people that get things done in advance, for everyone else, there is procrastination.

Sorry, but I have to laugh for a minute. I'm reminded of that sketch from Conan where they interviewed the people who had been standing in line for the opening of Star Wars Episode I.

RotK should be a great movie. Hope you enjoy it and congrats on finishing your work.

Sure, but in the immortal words of my friend Josh on why we had to see it at 12:01am:

"Because then we will be the first!"

Casually reminding him that people from New York to Kansas City will see it first due to the time zone difference did no good. So in the line I will stand, just like I did for Episode 1.

There are twelve of us going, so I would think that time should fly by quickly.

Do you get extra hit points for attending the first screening?

No, but I might have recieved some +1 Galaxian Armor. ;)

But in all seriousness, I've never played D&D or anything of the sort. I'm more of a sports sim guy, I just happen to like going to see good movies with my friends.

That was the greatest sketch ever done on Conan. Absolutley hilarious. I too am going to see the movie at 12:01. In all honesty I'm not even a big fan of them. Well I like them, but I'm not one of those guys who knows everything about it. Hell I dont even know the names of anyone besides the little guy with the ring. I must say though, I watched part 1 and 2 the past 2 days to remember what is happening, I actually am a little excited to see what the hell is gonna happen. Also, I do nothing all day, everyday. Its something to do.

How about The Man Show when they had to cops called on them for cutting in line for Episode I? That is a great video file, with Adam Corrola (sp?) and the other old host of the show!

You mean that guy who has his own late night talk show. The one for which Adam Corrola is a writer. What was his name? Kimmy Jimmel?

Only kidding. I just think it is interesting that you remember Corrola but not Kimmel, even though Kimmel has gone on to be the bigger "star."

Nah, I preferred the one where he went after Simon from American Idol. There were some great lines in it.

Making a midnight run to Dara's for pizza: $7
Replacing ruined clothing from snowangel-making on the way to pizza: $30
Making out with a chick that ended up with you in a pile of snow and having a college memory to last a lifetime: Priceless

Screw finals, man. That's just the paperwork for one hell of a lifestyle. :)

(Aw...I miss it)

Triumph the insult dog was on some music awards show last week (sign of the times when a puppet is giving out song of the year awards). Anyway, he said he wasn't going to insult Michael Jackson because they had so much in common: they're both made of plastic and both like having a hand stuck up their ass.

heh heh, not his best routine, but he's always funny to watch. I agree with whomever said the star wars opening night was the best one.
