Haven't gotten an answer to this over there yet...

Are the salaries in the real roster file the actual salaries, or prorated downward to compensate for the fact that the cap doesn't increase?

Doesn't appear to be the actual contracts or salaries. Marty Booker only has a 2 year deal for the Bears according to these rosters and he resigned long term last season.
