Who will perform better as IM?

For next game i have a doubt about who to play as third IM (on a 3-5-2)

Daniel Kremer:
Form: Passable
Stamina: Solid
Playmaking: Passable
Passing: Wretched

Juan Maria Riomayor: (young trainee that just poped)
Form: Excelent
Stamina: Poor
Playmaking: Solid
Passing: week

The young trainee has a crap stamina and won't last the whole match, but i'm not sure about what to do as his Solid PM and Excelent form could make a good difference.

If Kremer has ok experience, I would play him.
Your young trainee might get killed out there with no stamina.
Kremer's stamina will make a difference in the middle.

i think Kremer wins even with only passable form. The passing should only make a difference if you play one or the other defensive.

Kremer. You can pretty much ignore passable and below stamina players at inner midfield (with, y'know, reasonably comparable skill, not when making a retarded world class-weak comparison).
