Dear Lenny Wilkens,
Can you please retire already? Why must you torture us poor, suffering fans?

Is it just me, or do the Knicks need someone the exact opposite of Wilkens? From what I saw of him in Toronto, he was a very very quiet guy... I think the Knicks need someone to take charge.

Dear Knicks,
I guess having the worst executive in the league wasn't enough. Have fun fighting for the 8th playoff spot the next couple years.

I've liked every move Isiah's made up until he hired Wilkens. What was that about? I thought it was clear to the universe that Wilkens had lost it.

Dear Eastern Conference,
Can we loan you the 5-8 teams in our conference so you have a few good ones, at least.

The one positive in firing Chaney (who is a good, if not great coach) is that we are rid of a former cell-tick...
For the record, the worst exec is Don Sterling.
Another drunken boston idiot. Wait 'til Peyton blows thru town. Oh wait, even the Pats are embarrased to claim bastin as their own.

Just a few more moves until Isiah can say he failed at practically ever level of professional basketball management...

His first failure was as a GM, this is second go-round as a GM failure. He drafted Marcus Camby way too high, then traded him (while he still had some value) for a bag of Cheetos.

Yeah but failing as the Toronto GM is much different than failing as the Knicks GM. This one should be much more spectacular!
Lenny Wilkens? Did they kick the tires on that jalopy before they wheeled it out of the Smithsonian? When is the last time Wilkens made it to the finals or even the conference championships?

If Toronto makes the playoff's, I'll laugh at how bad the East isActually, Toronto should be in the top half of the conference at the end of the season. Philadelphia and New Jersey will obviously be strong, and new York could still slip into the #8 spot, but I think Toronto will finish no lower than 4th or maybe 5th seed. In fact, if they can find a way to add another defenceman and Belfour stays healthy they could really...

Perhaps they can make a cross league trade. Marbury for the Giants' incredibly high draft pick and Jeremy Shockey.

Thomas got a coach that he could trade in at the end of the year for someone he really wants.
