They are the attendence money for games. They really aren't used for anything though. There is something miniscule they pay for, but I can't remember what it is.

Oh, they just steal from the poor and then let the money hang in limbo.
...I imagine they have to pay their part of the players salaries.

I think they pay the portion of the players' salaries, and I think the crowd income more than makes it up.

I don't think that's it. National team attendance isn't too good, so I doubt they'd be able to afford it for long. I'm thinking they pay for the travelling expenses of friendlies.

I have anotehr nati team question. Do the managers aka slashers/TP6 see the ratings of players or must they rely on other managers giving them ratings? Would anyone give false skills?

I think they see the skills once they add the players to the team, but not before. Managers' ability to be dishonest would be somewhat limited by slashers/TP6 being able to look up a player's history of positioning and star ratings.

Mr. Wednesday is right. We can see their ratings once the player is on the team, and not before.

National Team's have supporters, supporters pay $$.
The only thing it is currently used for is changing coaches.

Ah that's it! I knew it was something small, but I just couldn't think of it.
