View Full Version : Anyone heard a timetable on 5.0c?

I'm thinking about starting an FOF2K4 career from scratch very soon, and simming 20 years for history. I'm trying to decide whether to start this now, or wait for 5.0c. I haven't been around that much in the past couple of weeks. Has Jim mentioned a timetable?

Not that I have seen, but I am not really in the know.

Funny--I am in the excact same position that you are in. I want to start a career with a historical basis soon, but I am waiting for the patch (on the niave hope that it will contain a "Sim X years without control" button).

Well, the single player 5.0b patch should do you very well in the meantime. I doubt a patch will be ready until spring to be honest. The trend seems to be to get all the annoying bugs fixed quickly and then sit back and soak it in for a while and then give us what hopefully is the big finale patch.

Plus, I know you got some gameplans to test...otherwise, I got your number all.day.long. :D

I heard he was planning to start working on it and hadn't yet. Oh, and....damn. :)

If I want to do this, do I need to turn off the "fire coach" option?
