Picked him up for only 941k. Will probably put on the market for 1.2 or 1.3 million to see if anyone bites after my league match...

I only had 980k to spend. I was expecting to have to wait until after my league match to get my guy...

Oh, is that why some guys were cheap today? I saw a 19yo outstanding playmaker go for $1.4M. I was really tempted to pick him up since you can still train at 19 and to bump him up to brillian or something...

lol still train 19y? i am training two 21y's and a 20y.. shadup Well, I was looking around because I just sold one of my starters (original Hippo, 26yo outstanding pm Stephen Connors sold today for $2M and change). I still have a 24yo taking up a starting spot (who played alongside the 26yo who also took up a training spot) so I'm still not utilizing my training spots as well as I'd like. But after that, I have a 19yo outstanding, 18yo formidable, 18yo formidable, and 17yo solid. I'm looking to pick up a 18yo formidable or outstanding with a fallback of a 17yo excellent or double solid with high value. This time of year, things are "cheap" :)
For instance, currently, I've got a $1.6M bid out on this. Look at the value and formidable with solid passing in an 18yo... *drools* Sorry guys, no name or number since I'm trying to snag him for the Hippos ;)

Dang, if I'd realized players were going cheap I might have taken a shot at some of the player acquisitions I had planned for early next season.
