Why does internal recruiting cost more?

I thought it was supposed to be cheaper.

The guy i looked at is on my team. He has solid experience, and weak leadership. However it costs about 100k more to make him a solid coach, and about 50k more to make him a passable coach then if I choose external recruiting.

internal recruiting is only cheaper when dealing with inadequate leadership minimum. weak and poor leadership is cheaper to hire externally.

alf: that doesnt really matter right now, since my guy has poor leadership, it would actually be a step up for me :D

My weak leadership coach maintained TS just fine. The very week he went to poor things changed though...
