Well, Ardent has me hooked on the notion of buying a U-20 keeper, so while I was searching, I found this guy on sale for anyone interested in a defender.

I am just saying this cause he is only at 63k right now and in an excellent defender. I guess he is that low because he is listed as a wingback.

I think I saw the deadline was around 2/11....Since I sold a similar player for $750k but he wasn't on a U-20 squad I have a feeling this guy will go for a lot more than I have...but I will try to get him

Warning...this guy will only be on the U-20 squad for a couple more weeks. He may, of course, make the nat team, but as a 20 YO excellent, it would only be briefly until the new blood starts taking over.

I made sure to check that...Right now the national team's defenders all put up 3.5 stars, this guy is putting up 3.5 stars and with some more training he could become their # 1 guy...assuming the other guys are older than him. I bumped it up to $950k. I am not sure how much higher I am willing to go.

Tell me about it, I was going to buy a U-20 teammate of arden'ts put it went to a million and I'm not paying that for a 17yo passable middie.

I ended up buying him for 1.16 million. I will train him up for atleast 2 season, anything after that would go just to slow. Hopefully at that point he will be a starting wingback for Bolivia and I can make a lot of $$$$$

The keeper I was looking at was a 17-yo passable that sold for over 2 mil. needless to say, I did not get him.
