Coach ?

My solid/ poor coach dropped to wretched leadership. My next 4 league matches are all PICable games, so I shouldn't worry to much about team sprit.

Or should I purchase a new coach?
I have an older player at passable/solid, his skills are in decline, I'm just waiting for him to go solid/solid to possibly make him the coach.

Ideas? Suggestions?

I'd try holding off until you get the older player to pop if you can.

According to HAM, the older player in ? has 14.2 experience points since last increase.
Is it 16 experience points to go up level? I'm unsure about this.

There's a random element involved. A player has a 1 in x chances of getting x experience points for a league game. We don't know how many points are needed, and we don't know for sure what x is. FWIW, my players usually pop somewhere around 20.

Also if a player scores a goal or gets a card he gets 1 point for sure.

to know if a player is close to popping in experience, you can compare the price it would cost to make your player into a passable coach with the cost that Hattricks says it's suppose to cost. If you come close to the bottom of the bracket, your player is getting closer to pop in experience...

Just play that guy every chance you get until he pops. By the way, there is no reason to PIC with a wretched coach unless you team spirit is below composed.
