Coaches losing levels?

Has anyone had this happen lately? Ive been using the same coach since december 6th 2003. Ive yet to see him drop to passable. Did they tone this down a bit?

It shouldn't happen until after his leadership falls all the way down to disastrous.

I posted about this the other day. Coach ?.
I've had my coach since 12/03, he was solid/poor, now he is at
solid/wretched.

I have an older player at passable/solid, but he only plays friendlies which will take longer to get to solid/solid. I might change up today and play him in league match, since it's an easy win with no worries.

Play him if you have an easy win. His high experience will help make up for his lack of skills.
