How long does a team have to be abandoned...

before it gets a new owner? There's a couple of teams in my division that haven't been logged into in over a month...

then its lineup will be reset (if above bottom 2 divisions)
or given a new owner if in the bottom two divisions.

Almost, if above the bottom two divisions, the owner will be deleted after 7 weeks of inactivity. The lineup resets only occurs prior to weeks 1, 8, and the qualifier.
