Yeah, AE, I watched what you couldn't. :) I was wondering why I never was able to catch it around Opening Day. Usually the cable networks fall over themselves to show it around Opening Day.

My god, someone else feels EXACTLY the same as I do. Imo, this is the best monologue in movie history. For one, it speaks the truth ("baseball has marked the time") and for another, it is a very positive message.

Oh man, I remember going to see that movie in the theater in High School and I had no idea if it was going to be any good. I just thought I was going to get out of my parents way for a couple of hours....and we all just sat there in awe. What a great movie.
