So, being the genius that I am, I completely forgot to set my friendly lineup. So my starters played both matches. What would you guys do for training? Stamina? I could use an extra week...some of my newer young guys have really bad stamina.

Stamina for certain. Might as well.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure training is "locked in" for the week when you play your league game.
No, you can change it up until the training update is ran.

Really?? Hmmm, I now have to wonder why HAM reported I trained PM when I had switched to winger after a friendly.

HAM assumes that you trained whatever you had set when you last updated your team info. So if you changed from PM to winger but did not re-download your HRF file prior to the training update, HAM assumes you trained PM.
Training intensity is the only thing that gets set for a week (at the Wed update IRC). So you cant lower your intensity for matches to reduce injuries and the increase it back to 100% for the training.

Not stamina, do set pieces.

If you do stamina this week you may kill your form, so if your form is generally high, it migh not be a bad idea.
SP is the other option. Won't necessarily kill form but won't necessarily really improve anything either.

Thanks alot asshole :)
If it makes you feel any better, I'm quite pissed about it :)
This is, however, now my best performance ever in an FOFC Cup.

Since you train Playmaking and you're constantly turning over trainees (not "you", specifically, just a general "you"), training stamina is certainly a big consideration.
On the other hand, Kristin brought up an important point: form. Especially with the end of the season approaching.
The biggest thing, in my opinion, is to consider how important the last few games are to your season. If you need to continue to win and anticipate competitive games coming up, then absolutely set piece. If you are on cruise mode for the rest of the season, then stamina matches better with your team (as a playmaking trainer).
