I would say, no. He probably puts up what, 3.5 stars? You can get a guy like that for less than 100K.

Went to team that sold him, 3 stars last match, 3 1/2 stars best match played.

Are you wanting an all round winger or just an offensive winger? Personally, I'd not buy either one of those guys at those prices when a winger without secondaries can be played offensively at solidish winger skill and get 3 stars, more with experience.
