I'm playing in a qualifier game to promote to div 5.....could use any advice i can get to help me in gettign a win.
My team is usc breakers (223300) and my opponent is rayo escarlata (222316). My team spirit is like the cold war cause i have a bad leadership coach and i mots my last game. i play a 3 5 2........with 3 passable def's, 1 solid 1 pass forward, 1 excell 2 solid middies, 2 pass wingers with pass playmaking, and a 3 star goalie, and i have about 300k i can spend on upgrades.

MOTS.
outside of that, you are a victim of bad TS...
I'll be playing my qualifier to IV with irritated TS and i'm MOTSing.

You can lower training% to improve team spirit and train general to retard form hits. It's not a strategy to be undertaken lightly, though -- it'll cost you training for the week, and if you do a major reduction in training% you're in danger of horrid form early next season.

I don't think a MOTS would help. Cold War is as low as it gets.

Ofcourse MOTS would help. It was raise it two levels for the match. Then after the match it will back down to cold war. But that doesn't matter because of the reset.

You can MOTS again, but don't expect it to do much. You won't have any negative effects on your team other than the brutal team spirit.

Shitty TS won't matter after the qualifier since the season will be over

MOTSing will hardly help your midfield with that bad of a TS, but you can use every tiny bit you can get and the TS will be rest the week after anyway, so just MOTS it anyway.
Anyway, other than that:
-Your opponent seems to have gone inactive, with 1 login in the past week, never plays friendlies, we think thats a good thing, right? ;)
-Your midfield won't be much, good thing is, his wont either! :)
-He can get a pretty decent attack, good thing is your defense is pretty strong. You MIGHT want to switch positions on your defenders some time, i think you always play them the same, which makes you very predictable. Before you switch anything though, make sure to check if his offense isn't very predictable either, so you don't change to the wrong sides :)
-His left defense seems to be a weak spot, try to aim at that.
I'm wondering, do your wingers have any decent Winger skill? If so, you might want to play them offensively instead of normal, to boost offense rating and to fully use them to their potential.
I didn't have a very indepth look in your and his team, so this is my thoughts after a global look :)
Good luck!
