any when buying a new coach can u exceed to -200k since the coach isnt a player or is he consideed a player thus meaning the -200k threshhold is still in tact.

Not really sure of either since they changed the rules. If hiring a new coach doesn't reset spirit I don't think hiring a new coach will help much for team spirit. But even if it doesn't you should get one to help with training.

Once he's a coach, your coach's experience has zero value unless he's in the lineup for a game. What you should be looking at is coaching skill, which is "weak" for a new coach. Look at getting at least a passable coach with poor leadership ASAP -- it'll cost you around $80k IIRC.

so your saying all new coaches are weak trainers?
so if i buy a new coach he will be weak as well?

All coaches for new teams are the same. When you get a new one you pick what skill level (at coaching), leadership, and if they prefer attacking, defending, or neither.

Team spirit gets updated every day in the daily updates. It will get reset in the offseason, IIRC in the same update that resets players' cards and ages and wages them.

Why can't you MOTS your qualifier?

a new coach wont raise it much in less than a week. i have a passable leadership coach and it took over a weak to go from furious to irritated.
