ok, so if you read my earlier thred, you know I am in a harder division and dont want to get smoked, and so i bought a second outstanding middie, and have been waiting for my trainee to pop.... well, he did:

now my new question: when do I sell him so I can buy another outstanding (at least, depending on some other minor sales) middie??? now, I am going to train SP for a week or two, if that changes things. I want the buying market to be good when i sell him, but I also need to keep in mind I will be looking to buy a major player as well.... advice??? (thanks!)

I'd try to sell him now since you might catch someone who needs a striker before the TS resets in about a week or so. I know I try to make those big acquisitions between seasons so I don't get an unexpected TS hit early in the season. People also have money now which will be gone by the time the new season comes because they'll have either brought new players in or upgraded the stadium.

I paid about $1.7 million for a similar guy with poor passing and no set pieces, so I'm guessing you'll get at least $ 2 million for the guy. Whether you list him low and hope for a lot of action or high in hopes of maxing out, that's up to you :)
