i know i have no shot in my match, but i was just thinking that i have a chance to be in DIII... how crazy is that? I wonder if i could survive up there...

sam's army - Manhattan Marauders (45 minutes played) 2 - 1
45 minutes: The teams went for a half-time break at 2 - 1. Manhattan held the ball, with a clear 56 percent possession rate.

I'm depressed. He's got a 2-1 lead on the scoreboard and a 3-1 edge in shots so far, 1 of which was a missed SE. I came back from a similar deficit a couple of weeks ago and can only hope to have history repeat here. I'm hoping to get at least 3 or 4 shots in the second half, but wouldn't be shocked to lose by this score, or for him to get the only goal in the second half.

Im playing Lord Nut right now for the chance to move up to IV.48. I probably have a better offense but he has me beat everywhere else. My little team puts up ratings in the 70s while he put up a 103 a few weeks ago.

In fact Im down 0-1 at half and he has possession 61%.

I tied it in the 62nd minute, fell behind 3-2 the next minute, but have since scored 3 straight to lead 5-3 with 13 minutes left. Let's hope I can keep it. *fingers crossed*

I finally got out of the series of hell (V.152) with my best ratings ever (90 NSI, mag midfield) and a come from behind 5-3 win. If I ever get a good coach, I could be dangerous.

You could be going from one hell, to another. ;)

Skewer of Meat and Green Mages both had WO's last time, but star ratings looked impressive.

I'd rather be in Div 4 and struggle to stay alive than stay in Div 5 and struggle to promote thru a guaranteed qualifier. The 2nd-4th place teams in my old series have all been coming close to or exceeding 80 NSI lately. I shouldn't have even played a qualifier this year but a fluke loss by Snuzers is the only reason I got out. For seasons, we just ended up beating up on each other. Roughriders and Snuzers have been stuck there since seasons 17 & 18 respectively.

yeah, but just going by NSI ratings, i'm -10 to nearly everyone in iv.60.

I'm off to III.3 via a walkover! This'll be fun/interesting, but I hope to stay around.

More than a year to be accurate. I blame DK for my struggles by enticing me into a defensive training program with his well done dynasty report. *shakes fist* Had I started training PM from Day 1, I'd have promoted at least two seasons earlier :p

Thanks for the congrats though SI & desnudo. Let's just hope I don't end up getting demoted into one of the two or three more difficult Div 5 series in a season, since I'd seriously have to consider quitting at that point.
