View Full Version : Hooking up an X-Box or PS2 Wirelessly?

I think I read somewhere that there is a connector you can get for an X-Box or a PS2 to hook them up to your wireless network, however, I can't remember any of the details. My new place which I will officially be moved into this Saturday has a layout in such a way that the main TV, X-Box, PS2 will be downstairs in the livingroom/entertainment room while the main PC will be upstairs in my home office. My main PC doesn't have a wireless receiver so the cable modem will be upstairs with the computer. So, two main questions: Is there a method to hook up the X-Box and PS2 wirelessly, and does it work well even if the cable modem is upstairs while the systems are downstairs? Thanks for any input.

This is what I use:

It's no different than a wireless ethernet connection for a PC. You don't need the router near it or any kind of cable modem.

Thank you. Do you think that would work with my wireless standard Microsoft router?
