question on selling Floyd Hunter

as i mentioned in my last thread im trying to cut cash for a stadium upgrade so im looking to unload a couple of my guys who never play, and arent going to. so im looking to unload this guy...

23 years, weak form, healthy

A pleasant guy who is temperamental and upright.
Has disastrous experience and inadequate leadership abilities

Stamina: passable Goaltending: wretched
Playmaking: inadequate Passing: passable
Winger: wretched Defending: disastrous
Scoring: inadequate Set Pieces: inadequate

i was going to put him up for sale as a midfielder since he has decent stamina and passing, but i thought i might get more for him as a forward since those are always in short supply. thoughts on this?

also, im concerned selling him might drop my TS since hes pleasant and upright, should i be concerned about that? is there any way i can tell or not if a player will or wont drop my TS?

I don't think it really matters what you sell him as, but the amount you get won't go that far towards a stadium upgrade.

i know whatever he gets me wont help too much in the stadium side of things, im just trying to unload salaries that arent going to play ever. thanks for the reply though

TPE said he'd sell for around $10 000, so if you can get around that it's worth it as opposed to firing.

It really doesn't matter much which you list him as, forward or midfielder. When people search the transfer market, they look for certain skill levels, and (I believe) pay very little attention to the position the player is listed at.

thanks i forgot all about tpe. i guess id be satisfied with 10,000 for him, better than paying his salary and watching him sit on the bench...and whenever he does play, he always get 'and the worst performance of the game was...'. ive had my fill of him

Agreed. I can't remember ever looking for players based on position.
