Team Spirit Question

Ok, because of an annoying team playing their starters in the cup, I'm already out of it. Now, I have a question on Team Spirit (which I think I already know the answer to...but still). My current coach is on the way down, and has Wretched Leadership. One of my biggest games of the season is two weeks from Sunday, away. I'm at Content right now, would two league PICs help that at all? The team I play this week I should be able to beat even on a PIC, but I don't want to risk it if it won't help...and the team I play one week from now, I could beat with my coach playing every position.

So...
Coach = Wretched Leadership
TS = Content
No Cup Games
Two weeks from Tomorrow, will two League PICs have helped at all?

With a poor leadership coach and a clown, I can hold my TS at content by PICing all the time. I'd suggest playing the 1st game normal and PICing the 2nd. With no leadesrhip, there's probably no way that you'd hold any TS gains from PICing the first game. You'll probably have calm/content TS for your big game. At least, that's how I think it'll work out.

I think I can take any team in my league, even without TS...but if they have a good sized advantage, I'm in trouble :(
