What would you say be the best idea, all-offensive?

I decided to go big midfield and offensive, FYI.;) That tends to be how I try to deal with them, don't want to give them regular goals.

I'm hoping CA works for me, first time using it in a real match; 0-0 now... vs. a press...

counterattack seems to have some teeth now.

when i encounter counter-attacking teams, I tend to lay-off my midfield a bit and sometimes even take the opportunity to PIC. having a huge midfield advantage against a CA can work against you, because every extra scoring opportunity you have, can be used against you if it fails. instead, my approach is to give the opponents less opportunities to counter-attack by focusing on offense, particularly against any weaknesses in their defense, so that the scoring chances i get, are GOOD scoring chances. against CA its better to have a few GOOD chances then many weak chances, since those many weak chances turn into many opportunities for your opponent to counter.

because every extra scoring opportunity you have, can be used against you if it fails.
Having a chance stopped means odds are 1/3 or so to create a chance for your opposition, giving up a midfield chance has 100% odds that it will be used against you without even an attack for you to create it.

I won my match 1-0 on a CA goal though, so I'm happy :)

My anti-CA strategy is all-around domination. The more facets of the match I dominate, the less chance they have to utilize the CA against you successfully. Obviously, your ability to implement this strategy may vary. :p
