Changing Coaches

I just had my future coach pop to Solid Experience. I was wondering when a good time would be to make him the new coach? Should I wait till next season, until I get a true Star Trainee, or do it immediately?

Also what is involved with making him the coach - haven't used the new system yet. (by the way - I have almost $2 million currently in the bank).

What level is your current coach?
I'd say if you have a solid coach at the moment with inadequate leadereship, you're probably OK until he drops to weak leadership. In that case, I'd suggest you wait until that happens so you can try to get up the future coach's experience a little farther. Remember, if you can get him up to say, excellent experience, it'll be cheaper to make him a solid trainer. However, if your current coach needs replacing, then may as well do it now.

To make your new coach, you go to your Training page and click on "Change Coach" then click on "Use Existing Player." It's pretty simple.

also fyi, to convert a newly popped solid exp player to coach is only around 781k i think.

Wow, just checked my current coach and he's fallen off the map. He was passable but now he's a weak/weak with passable training only.

I guess I better pay for the new coach now.
