goalie form

my solid goalie of two months refuses to go above inadequate form, even with 2 goalie coaches. is there any chance his 'hidden form' as the ht rules call it, is preventing him from reaching a decent form level? any way i can tell this, besides hiring even more goalie coaches? thanks.
