HOORAY.....They are limited access laptops. ugh, so i need some sort of usb flash drive that will let me get on the internet without them being able to tell i was ever on the net at all, not even the browser. I see stealthsurf.biz ..... Browser is on the flash drive and all. anyone ever use this or any other method? IT is going to suck not being able to read the news or check my email.

Bring a book.
If the corporate policy is that strict on usage of the internet, they'll eventually catch up to whatever technology you use to try and defeat it.
If you just HAVE to surf the internet. Get a wireless phone/pda and go that route to surf. It'll be slower and cost you some money, but you'll keep your job.
Your could also try to befriend someone in the IT department, but that game is risky to.
Good luck with whatever you do. Be careful.

You have to remember something here...even thought the browser may be on the flash device, you will still need
to use the company internal ip, which can be easily tracked through firewalls, or software programs that track
internet usage.
