Ok, I must have never figured I'd ever play PokerStars seriously because I signed up with an account name that I don't want, made my name Billy and I reside in Canada. Anyways, PokerStars won't let me create a new account or change the username, so is there anyway I can fool the system? I.E. change my IP, or do something else? I want to play in the next tourney with you guys but don't want to be stuck on an unusual name.

Billy isn't that unusual. Anyway, I think you can try to change your ip adress but I doubt it would be succesful. They're very strict about changing your identity in any way over there for good reason. You can also try e-mailing support which would probably be your best course of action. You can change your location at anytime. Just tell them you haven't played yet, I'm sure theyll let you slide.

No no, Billy is the 'full name' i listed, not my account name. I emailed support and they said they can't change it..... ugh.
