The internal government stuff looks nice. Here's hoping the big bugs from teh last version get fixed. Anyone else hoping this does well?

Hope it does well? Yes. The concept is awesome, and this game would be incredible if they pulled it off.

Believe it will do well? The first version doesn't give me much hope, unfortunately.

I remember vaguely reading something about the first version, and thinking that it was a really neat idea, but that it was horribly buggy. Would be neat to see if they can improve it.

Well, I can see it's completely unrealistic. They have Canada supporting the US and UK in North Korea. :D

Nice looking screenshots, but I will definitely hold off based on the original version until I hear a lot of good things.

Too bad Superpower was so awful. Even after it was patched to basically work as intended, it still was terrible. An updated version of Balance of Power is what I was hoping for, but instead I got a pretty map and five thousand useless sliders.

I got Superpower in a trade for three postcards(no kidding) and I still felt ripped off.

I just want someone to bring back Third World War. I think that was the only game I ever played on the Sega CD, or at least it's the only game I remember from the Sega CD.

I bought the first one for $5 in the bargain bin about a year ago and still haven't installed it. The second one will probably be out before I get around to trying the first one. :(

bump - any more thoughts on this ? Amazon has it for 15 bucks- and im wondering whether's its worth a shot.

I'd hold off untill Superpower 2, and if the reviews are good give it a shot, be afraid of the 1st one, very afraid.
