FOF: Restoring Defaults

I was in an online league but unfortunately had to withdraw due to time constraints. I would like to play FOF single player and I used HeavyReign's editor to create a ficticious player universe. Now how do I go about restoring the default teams from the ones in my online league? Sorry if this is a dumb question.

In essence, if you didn't back up the original frfoot.fcy and frfoot.fni files, you need to do a reinstall to get the original data back.

Or you can just rename them like aej suggested in the thread VPI posted.

ie frfoot2.fcy

Ok, guys, I know to many of you the process of restoring FOF defaults seems quite the simple task, but I can't for the life of me figure it out. I'm following the steps in the link provided above, but can't restore my normal defaults. BTW, is there a roster patch with current NFL rosters that anyone knows about? If I'm going to be restoring defaults, I'd like to have current rosters, if at all possible.

Download and extract these files (http://www.geocities.com/fofdynasty/Default.zip) to your universe folder. They should restore you to the default teams, however they do have the NFL team nicknames, but that is pretty easy to change if you want.
