I am traning scoreing.

First off, you should move Colburn out to the wing to play wingback opposite of Duclos. A symetrical 3-x-x is much harder to gameplan for than an unsymetrical.

You also miight look at selling your keeper and getting an upgrade. I don't mean you have to get a solid keeper, a passable will do. But your passable keeper with disastrous experience isn't going to help you much.

I guess you missed listing a player or two because you didn't list a winger.

Also, you might list your trainees, not just your starters at forward. You also might consider getting rid of Hagen and Cofino at forward because they are really too old to train considering their current skill.

And if you're training scoring, definitely go with the 3-4-3. I train PM and am trying to get to a 3-4-3 in the future.

I am traning scoreing.In that case, you'll only be playing a 3-4-3 (unless you want to experiment with a 4-3-3).

Hagen and Cofino are old for training, you should be looking to replace them. I didn't see that you listed a winger, who's your fourth midfielder? When you've got some money to do it, you'll need to upgrade your inner mids, defenders, and keeper, and I'd do it in that order (possibly doing the keeper before the defenders, but probably not).
