Mark,

I had a major hard drive debacle, and amongst other things, have apparently lost the licensing information for NHL EHM:FE (Softwrap). Any advice as to trying to figure out this information?

From my receipt email:

In the event of hard drive failure, please email [email protected] for details of the recovery procedure. You will need the License Holder name and Purchase Reference details as provided above. Please note that we may not always be able to provide this re-installation process.

In the event you no longer have these details please email [email protected] with your full name, approximate date of purchase, first and last 4 digits of the 16 digit credit card number you used to effect the purchase and quote "NHL (TM) EASTSIDE Hockey Manager".

In the unlikely event you aren't sorted out within the next few days - If you email Marc Duffy ([email protected]) and cc me in on the email ([email protected]) then we'll get it sorted out asap (if myself or doubli get involved then we'll need your name and the email addy you used in the purchase).
