Anyone hear of Clearwire?

theyre a competitor to broadband.... www.clearwire.com

Anyways, here's some specs of their service:

You can get an adapter and have it in your car....apparently it works of cellular towers and radio FM waves? I dont know....what are the thoughts on this...as i hate the cable company, Comcast.

Okay, boy, thats extremely local coverage. Has anyone heard about the new sub shop down the street from my house type local. I thought it sounded interesting til i realized it was just for jacksonville fla.

im not so concerned with that as whether or not i can consistently acces the internet, with speed, for less then cable AND not letting Comcast get their grubby non-customer service claws into me.

This could be considered a bump for the night time folk.
